1. Artist agrees that the artwork shall remain on display Zullo Gallery until the end of the exhibition. The last day of the exhibition shall be August 20, 2022.
2. The artist agrees to follow instructions delivery and return of their work.
3. The Artist consents and expressly agrees that Zullo Gallery may display said artwork on their premises in Medfield, MA. The Artist also agrees that photographs may be taken of said artwork by Zullo Gallery and the Monotype Guild of New England (hereby referred to as MGNE) to be used for publicity purposes including social media.
4. The Artist agrees that their work is original to the artist and does not infringe upon or violate the copyright of others.
5. The Artist agrees that the submitted work is a monotype or monoprint as defined in the Artcall website here and on MGNE's website.
5. By completing this submission, the Artist specifically expresses his or her understanding and agreement that Zullo Gallery and MGNE carry no insurance or other coverage against damage, destruction, theft, or other loss of or to the artwork while on Zullo Gallery premises. Zullo Gallery and MGNE also do not have and do not accept any liability for and do not give any guarantee against any such damage, destruction, theft, or other loss to the artwork. Zullo Gallery and MGNE do not have and do not accept any liability for damage, destruction, theft, or other loss during delivery to or removal from Zullo Gallery premises by the Artist or any other persons. The Artist further agrees to save and hold Zullo Gallery and MGNE harmless in the event of any such damage, destruction, theft, or other loss.
By submitting to this exhibition, I, the artist, hereby declare that I have read the foregoing release and that I hereby agree to and accept all the terms and conditions stated.
I, the artist, also agree that I have read and agree to all instructions in the MGNE Call for Entries and will abide by them.
